2. What do I need to bring with me to the event?
You MUST bring your:
(1) Student ID; and
(2) National ID; and
(3) E-ticket. You can print out your ticket, or keep it ready on your smartphone (screenshots) or download Eventbrite app and store it there.
3. Can I update my registration information?
Please contact Student Support at firstname.lastname@example.org to adjust any registration info.
4. Is my ticket transferrable?
No. Each ticket comes with a unique QR code & ticket number specifically for each student who registers. You cannot resell or transfer your ticket to other people.
5. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No. Each ticket is issued with your full name + student ID + email so it cannot be transferred to other people to attend on your behalf.
